The Midwest is already setting record low temperatures for this winter season (sigh)…
As I gear up for another day spent outside in these sub zero temps- feeding calves and trying to keep everything as thawed as possible- I can’t help but think of how much a necessity the coffee cup in my right hand is.
These days it’s as much of a treat as a means to keeping me sane!
But just because I label it a ‘treat’, don’t think for a moment that I’m indulging in bad habits 😉 Nope, my go-to coffee drink on blustery mornings such as today is still high in protein, low in carbs, and contains next to nothing in terms of sugar…
And trust me, the taste is 100 percent all there!
My ‘secret ingredient’ in making this unbelievably satisfying concoction is the smooth & rich-tasting Caramel Latte Protein Powder from 1st Phorm.
