Mentor to women who want to create sustainable, healthy lifestyles for themselves. I’m an Online Fitness Coach + Certified Personal Trainer that believes in simplifying the fitness process.
I know what it’s like to scroll through social media admiring all the fitness influencers- wishing you had what they had.
I understand feeling victim to your circumstances– hoping that ‘one day’ you’ll find the time to get healthy, and until that day secretly hating your body for everything it isn’t.
What’s more, I know what it’s like to ride through extremes– attacking fitness with an all or nothing mentality- either spending so much time in the gym that it’s affecting other areas of your life, or none at all.

This program is limited to 10 women per round to ensure an intimate setting with personalized support.
Though this transformation process is geared toward producing a physical transformation, we'll begin the process by working from the inside, out!

In this lesson, we will discuss mistakes women make when choosing a fitness goal, and we will also work together to create a goal that you can feel happy striving for.
After all, what’s the point if you don’t feel good about the end result?
A fitness program should fit into your life- not the other way around! This week is devoted to deciding strategy that will work best in YOUR life.
Willpower is NOT a sustainable approach to weight loss. If your current fitness plan has you relying on willpower, my question to you is-why? Fitness should enhance your quality of life; and you can’t do that when you’re eating with extreme restriction + following a hundred and one different rules for working-out. This module will focus on helping you live a fit + active lifestyle that you can sustain for the long haul.
More importantly, we’ll kick willpower to the curb + I’ll teach you how-to leverage the right kind of motivation so you’ll actually feel desire to make progress on your fitness goals.
You have enough on your to-do list as it is- there’s no need to add even more!
This week I’ll stress the importance of simplifying the weight loss process.
I’ll teach you how to focus on the right actions, so that you’ll be able to accomplish more + make greater progress on your fitness goals despite doing less. It’s kind of a win-win 😉
Let's be honest, the key to sustainable weight loss is making the process feel as little like work as possible. I'll give you 6 different strategies to make that happen + you'll customize them to work for you.
I know you probably don’t believe that bold statement I made above- but hear me out, it will all make sense this week!
We’re going to have an honest discussion about the power of our choices- we’re going to decide what choices have held us back in the past, and we’re going to dive deep into how we can make better choices that more fully align with our fitness goals.
With practice, we’re going to make sure this process becomes fully automatic, so we’re not going to have fitness continuously at the forefront of our minds. In doing so, we give ourselves the freedom to actually live a healthy lifestyle + eliminate that feeling of being on a ‘continual diet’.
Guarantee your progress by setting the right fail-safes to keep you on track.
Have you ever noticed that fitness is the one area in life where we all expect perfection?! If we fail at a diet- binge or eat something we don’t think we should- we throw in the towel right then and there. We never accept the fact that we can make mistakes + be flexible. In the long game, you have to have that mindset.
During this week of the program we’re going to learn how-to stop playing the short game when it comes to our health. We’ll discuss how-to deal with temporary setbacks + how we can still succeed despite roadblocks.
You'll gain knowledge on how-to eat in a way that nourishes your body + that will give you the energy so that you can thrive in all areas of life.
We will attack this subject using a very mindful approach- where we encourage healthy food choices without making you feel shame or guilt for overdoing it.
This is a big week- but I promise to teach it in a manner that doesn’t overwhelm you.
We’re going to talk about the areas of nutrition that truly deserve our attention- Remember, simple is effective (and sustainable)!
We’ll help bring clarity to elements of nutrition that may have confused you in the past. Also, we will begin to develop an eating style that is appropriate for you + that you feel you can sustain for the long haul. During this lesson, we will place heavy emphasis on cultivating a healthy relationship with food.
The biggest takeaway from this week is that you’ll discover just how great your body is designed to feel when you give it what it needs.
We’re going have some ‘real talk’ concerning supplementation. In this module, we’ll untangle the confusing web of information surrounding dietary supplements.
You’ll learn whether or not supplements are right for you. After we’re done, you’ll have a better understanding of which supplements will help you most during your healthy transformation.
I want you to feel confident knowing how various supplements work, and more importantly, I want to put your mind at ease knowing that you won’t be wasting money with unnecessary products.
I give you workouts to add into your weekly schedules. During the program, you will receive in-total 3 months of workouts.
I’ll give you workouts designed with you in mind. Choose whichever style works best for you: in-gym, at-home or even express versions for when time’s short! This week is all about helping you train with efficiency so you’re not spending hours in the gym each week. Who’s really got time for that?!
During this week we discuss the importance of rest in a fitness program- both on a physical + emotional level.
You deserve to be a priority in your own life! Taking care of yourself, after all, is what will sustain you in the long run. This week we’ll discuss topics like why it does you no good to over-train, the importance of sleep in your schedule + I’ll even give you pointers on how you can have a better night time routine.
Rest + recovery is often the forgotten step in any fitness program. Most women assume that rest from their fitness plan results in loss of progress; however, when you learn how-to use rest to your advantage- you’ll find that you experience less burn-out + greater adherence to the program, which ultimately will give you greater results.

We have a plan in place, now it’s time to put it in action. Don’t worry if you mess up from time to time- we’ll adjust as need be! Feel confident that you are never alone through this entire process + as you learn how to apply it to your life, you’ll have support + guidance through it all.

Group coaching calls will last approximately 1 hour each week. While I encourage you to show up live for each call, there will be replays of the conversation made available. The curriculum is delivered in easy to digest chunks and should take you less than an hour each week
Absolutely! No prior experience is necessary with this program. All exercises can be adjusted depending on your skill level.
Sure can! In fact, I encourage it 🙂 If you’re looking for extreme methods and quick fixes, I’m not your person. If you want someone who will promise you overnight results, you’ve come to the wrong place. I believe in a program that focuses on consistency, enjoyment, and quality of life. Moderation may not be sexy, but it’s practical and sustainable.
This is an intimate, hands-on experience. I will support you through the entire process. You’ll receive personal coaching and feedback throughout the 3 months, so you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone!
